Not everyone may find commercial real estate exciting, but I do! I represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, sales, development and leasing. I love that no transaction is the same with each one bringing a new set of challenges and complexities. I enjoy helping my clients successfully navigate the varying twists and turns their transaction may present while anticipating and removing obstacles along the way. My experience has taught me the drive, creativity, patience and skill required to handle the expected and unexpected in any deal.
As a “dirt lawyer”, transactions can get messy. Varying interests can often hinder or stall the completion of the deal. I know it takes all sides of the table to get a deal done and approach each transaction with a solutions-oriented mindset in the representation of my client’s interests. I do my best to find practical and efficient means to reach the desired result.
Strong client relationships are what I find most rewarding in my day-to-day work. Really getting to know my clients’ specific goals and objectives not only makes me a better lawyer for my clients, but also leads to long-standing trusted relationships which is the ultimate goal of my practice.
