Vantage’s Joe Nuñez again taught a Workshop at ICSC’s RECon about how various lease provisions can cost a landlord or tenant money they didn’t expect to pay, or can save them money they otherwise would have paid. Over 200 real estate professionals attended this Professional Development Workshop, which is the 4th time Joe presented at ICSC’s ReCon. Joe has also presented courses, workshops and seminars at ICSC’s University of Shopping Centers and its John T. Riordan School for Retail Real Estate Professionals.
