Vantage Law Group is proud to congratulate Northland Real Estate Group for closing on its proposed development for The Alvera. Northland and Ackerberg Group are co-developers on the project. The Alvera is a 192-unit apartment complex, constituting the largest form of modular construction ever built in the Twin Cities area. The 7 story complex will feature 1,400 square feet of retail space and 110 covered parking stalls. The 11 month construction project should wrap up in the fall of 2021.
