I guess you could say I’m pretty down-to-earth. Real earth (as in dirt, land, property, real estate). Real estate has always been fascinating to me; all at once land is full of promise and history, offering fresh possibilities for future generations.

I love taking part in the ebb and flow of real property and its development. Whether it’s land acquisition and development, commercial leasing or real estate financing, I enjoy what I do. And I’m fortunate to have great clients that are enjoyable to work with.

My clients appreciate that I am a practical, results-oriented negotiator; a skill that allows me to help guide a project to the finish, rather than forcing it. I look to produce results that measure up to my clients’ goals. They say I’m pretty unflappable too. I deal with pressure and stress particularly well; so my clients don’t have to. I’m proud my clients know I’m someone they can count on to be responsive, yet approachable, and... well... pretty down-to-earth.
