Christine Eid

As a Real Estate Attorney, I provide practical legal solutions to businesses and individuals in the areas of commercial real estate transactions including leasing, real estate development, and joint ventures. I also provide Outside General Counsel services where I am a trusted advisor to my clients. With over 14 years of experience practicing law and nearly 5 years as a partner in an AM200 law firm, I approach legal issues with a wealth of experience and knowledge but am also creative and can quickly pivot if necessary.

My clients appreciate that I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to assisting them in meeting their business objectives. My real estate practice includes getting the deal closed the right way: negotiating and documenting the acquisition, sale, and development of real estate, leasing (office, life science, industrial, and retail), resolving land use issues, assisting clients through the entitlement process, negotiating real estate finance and construction documents, and conducting environmental and general real estate due diligence.
