We are pleased to share that Northland Real Estate Group’s Commission House project received one of Finance & Commerce’s 2019 Top Projects awards. The Commission House project is located in the heart of the historic Lowertown neighborhood of downtown St. Paul. Brian Farrell, principal at Northland Real Estate Group, partnered with the Ackerberg Group to develop the project. The finished project features apartments offering a blend of historical architecture with modern, luxury finishes. Congratulations to Brian Farrell and Northland Real Estate Group!

The U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field, and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process.

To be eligible for Best Law Firms, a firm must have at least one attorney who is recognized in the current edition of Best Lawyers in a "Best Law Firms" ranked practice area / metro area. Tyler Adams Joins Vantage Law Group

Vantage Law Group is pleased to announce the addition of Tyler Adams to the law firm’s growing team of experienced attorneys.

Tyler is a Minnesota Bar Association Certified Real Property Law Specialist, focused on assisting for-profit and nonprofit businesses with their complex real estate and corporate transactions. Clients appreciate his practical problem-solving approach to transactions, including real estate development and corporate structuring, the acquisition, divestment, leasing and licensing of property and business assets, and related project and corporate financing (including a special focus on bond financing). He is known for his ability to identify and prioritize ultimate business objectives and for his deep partnerships with the client teams he serves.
