Vantage Law Group is pleased to announce the addition of Tyler Adams to the law firm’s growing team of experienced attorneys.

Tyler is a Minnesota Bar Association Certified Real Property Law Specialist, focused on assisting for-profit and nonprofit businesses with their complex real estate and corporate transactions. Clients appreciate his practical problem-solving approach to transactions, including real estate development and corporate structuring, the acquisition, divestment, leasing and licensing of property and business assets, and related project and corporate financing (including a special focus on bond financing). He is known for his ability to identify and prioritize ultimate business objectives and for his deep partnerships with the client teams he serves.
