Trellis Hospitality opens Southern Social, modern kitchen in Eagan

Congratulations to our clients on the opening of the Southern Social restaurant in Eagan! (southernsocialmn.com) Joe Nuñez worked with our clients to close on the acquisition of the restaurant site which opened on May 22nd. Nuñez worked through challenges with vendors of the prior restaurant operation and advised throughout the build-out of the gorgeous space.
