Vantage Law Group partner Jim Wilson recently represented Northland Real Estate Group in a project that will refresh the Lowertown district. Minneapolis developers Northland Real Estate Group and Ackerberg have purchased what was previously the site of Seestedt’s Carpet and Linoleum, for approximately $1.7 million. The 29,000 square foot building located on the corner of 6th and Wall streets in Lowertown, will feature 26 apartments, a Chuck & Don’s Pet Food & Supplies store and WellHaven Pet Health veterinarian office. The development will bring a residential product to the Lowertown area located close to CHS field. Brian Farrell of Northland Real Estate Group is expecting to break ground by November and complete the project by summer 2019.
