Vantage Law Group is pleased to announce that partner Joe Nuñez has been elected a Fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). Admission to the College is by invitation only for attorneys through election by current Fellows of the College.

Nuñez received favorable recommendations of ACREL Fellows who concluded that he satisfies the College’s stringent membership criteria. The College, founded in 1978, convenes lawyers distinguished for their skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.

Nuñez became a partner of Vantage Law Group in April 2015 after nearly 20 years with the Target Corporation Law Department, where he represented the company throughout a period of tremendous real estate expansion. For over three decades, Nuñez has effectively represented parties through difficult transactions and relationships and has become known as a facilitator of real estate transactions throughout the U.S. and Canada. In 2016 he was named one of 26 Top Latino Lawyers in the United States by Latino Leaders Magazine and has also been named a Super Lawyer by his peers in Minnesota.

Nuñez is a member of the State Bars of Minnesota and Arizona, the Hispanic National Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association, the Minnesota Shopping Center Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Washington University in St. Louis, and his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.
