The Innovative Commerce Serving Communities  (ICSC) "ReCon” 2024 Las Vegas convention was a resounding success, attracting over 35,000 attendees from various sectors of the real estate and retail industries. Previously known as International Council of Shopping Centers, this annual  ICSC convention includes real estate classes on commercial lease negotiation, a critical topic for both landlords and tenants in the current market. Vantage Law Group’s Joe Nuñez and Oscar Rivera (Siegfried Rivera, Miami) again presented an engaging session to 300+ attendees on essential business and lease provision strategies in renewing and extending leases, offering practical advice and innovative strategies that the  attendees can apply in their own negotiations.

Both speakers are national thought-leaders in retail leasing and development and bring a wealth of legal experience and practical insights to their sessions. Joe and Oscar’s annual presentations at ICSC ReCon center on the nuances of lease negotiation and the importance of crafting agreements that provide value to both parties involved. This is the 10th year in a row that Joe and Oscar presented particularly impactful advice to attendees, and their presentations have consistently been among the best-received at the convention.
