U.S. News and Best Lawyers have joined to rank more than 115,000 lawyers from more than 22,000 firms across the U.S. to produce the 13th edition of U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms”. The results are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes client and peer reviews and independent research.

To be eligible for Best Law Firms, a firm must have at least one attorney who is recognized in the latest edition of The Best Lawyers in America®, an exclusive award presented to only the top 5% of lawyers in the United States. They have been selected for their outstanding work in Real Estate Law – Perron for 10 consecutive years, Nuñez for 5 consecutive years. and Eid for the first time.

Finance & Commerce Top Projects of 2021 - ALVERA

Vantage Law Group is proud to congratulate Northland Real Estate and Ackerberg for its award won at the Finance & Commerce Top Projects of 2021. The project, “ALVERA” features a seven story apartment complex located on West Seventh Street in St. Paul. The modular construction project is the largest built in the state with a completed 129,400 square foot building including 193 units among expansive lobbies, shared spaces and an outdoor deck with a panoramic view.
