Vantage Law Group is pleased to announce that partner Joe Nuñez has again been selected as a Top Latino Lawyer by Latino Leaders Magazine, a national publication highlighting projects, issues and people in the LatinX business community.
With more than 600 nominations nationwide, the Latino Leaders selection committee picked only 60 lawyers this year. Joe was selected based on his reputation in his practice area, his community involvement and his successful career. Considered one of the most experienced practitioners of shopping center law in the United States, he has also been recognized as a top lawyer by Best Lawyers™, 10 Best Lawyers in Minnesota Real Estate™, and the Minnesota Journal of Law & Politics (SuperLawyer). Joe regularly presents at International Council of Shopping Center business and law conferences, as well as at the Minnesota Real Estate Institute and Minnesota State Bar Association.
Joe became a partner of Vantage Law Group in April 2015 after nearly 20 years with the Target Corporation Law Department. He currently serves as Regional President of the Hispanic National Bar Association and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association. He is also a member of the Cuban-American Bar Association and the Arizona Los Abogados Bar Association. Joe maintains law practice licenses in Minnesota and Arizona and his practice continues to be national in scope.

Vantage Law Group has received Lennar’s President’s Circle Award, 1st place in Professional Services. Vantage attorneys Jerry Perron and Jim Wilson were on hand to accept the award at Lennar’s recent semi-annual Trade Partner Summit held in Minneapolis on behalf of the Vantage team, which includes Perron, Wilson and colleague Lydia Lui. The award marks the strategic partnership between Lennar and Vantage Law Group.
